Pause is a 60-min. guided stress relief class that balances the body and boosts your mood.

The Pause method combines nervous system regulation & somatic exercises with guided inquiry and visualization. The class is an embodied experience and an invitation to tune into your inner world, and at the same time is practical and relatable, science-backed and uplifting. Expect to experience a level of deep relaxation, deep insight and awareness that's hard to drop into by yourself.
